Facts
This is a handicraft made with a lot of love. Finnish craftsmen made this hobby horse from white-grey velboa fabric and an artisan has painted it with non-toxic colors. Every hobby horse is unique, there can’t be two horses found, that look exactly the same.
The head of the horse is about 26 cm wide and 28 cm high. The height of the whole hobby horse with the attachable birch stick is about 79 cm and it weighs about 850 grams.

Deliveries and delivery costs
We delivers products worldwide but we do not deliver to disaster areas, war zones or otherwise just hard-to-reach places. Cost of delivery shall be added to the prices and payable by customer. From time to time we may decide to offer free deliveries in connection with promotional campaigns. This is indicated in the relevant product pages.
The customer may choose from different delivery methods. The delivery time and cost of delivery depends on the method of delivery chosen by the customer. The delivery time is usually only a best estimate and the customer accepts that such estimate is non-binding. The Seller is not liable for a delay caused by reason outside the Seller’s control (force majeure).
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at stable@hummahorses.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

- If the product becomes dirty, wipe lightly with a damp cloth, use only water, do not rub
- Store the product indoors in humidity below 60%. Avoid long term pressure.
