Deliveries and delivery costs
We delivers products worldwide but we do not deliver to disaster areas, war zones or otherwise just hard-to-reach places. Cost of delivery shall be added to the prices and payable by customer. From time to time we may decide to offer free deliveries in connection with promotional campaigns. This is indicated in the relevant product pages.
The customer may choose from different delivery methods. The delivery time and cost of delivery depends on the method of delivery chosen by the customer. The delivery time is usually only a best estimate and the customer accepts that such estimate is non-binding. The Seller is not liable for a delay caused by reason outside the Seller’s control (force majeure).
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at stable@hummahorses.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Dieses hier war unser erstes von fünf Humma Hobby Horses. Unsere Tochter liebt, hegt und pflegt sie sehr. Je nach Disziplin (Springen, Dressur, Freizeit) wird ein großes oder kleines (somit schwereres oder leichteres) HH verwendet. Wir als Eltern finden die Qualität dieser HH's wirklich absolut top! Wir haben auch Vergleichspferde anderer Hersteller im Haus, geben diesen hier aber mit Abstand die beste Bewertung - volle fünf von fünf Sternen. Gleiches gilt für das Zubehör, welches wir jeweils mitbestellt haben; auch hier sind wir sowohl mit der Qualität als auch der Ausführung und Handhabung vollauf zufrieden. Was unserer Tochter im Humma-Sortiment noch zu ihrem perfekten Glück fehlt, sind Zubehörteile wie z. B. Fliegenhauben, Decken, Gamaschen u. ä. Aber das ist dann schon Jammern auf ganz hohem Niveau... :-) Von uns also eine absolute Kaufempfehlung für die Hobby Horses von Humma!

Questi splendidi cavalli, sono perfettamente realistici.
Dal colore del mantello, al portamento dell'incollatura e della testa.
Molto ben fatti i finimenti, pensate che si può anche inserire l'imboccatura nella bocca del cavallo.Ottima la scelta dei materiali, sembra di accarezzare il mantello di un cavallo vero.
Bastone comodo e molto leggero.
